Where are you based and do you travel?
A.I am based in Duncanville, Texas about 20 minutes from Downtown Dallas. And Yes! I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, let's chat over Zoom/ FaceTime or a Starbucks run.
Do you require a Retainer/ Deposit?
A.Yes, I do require a non-refundable deposit for all sessions, Micro Weddings, Quinceañera/ Sweet 16 and Event Photography. Non-refundable deposit is applied to client's final invoice.

Do you offer payments plans?
A.Yes, I do offer payment plans. Payment Plans options are available after non-refundable deposit is paid.
Payment plans are customized per session or event.
Do you photograph weddings?
A.Yes, at this time I only offer services for Micro Weddings. On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. That's why I decided to photograph non-traditional and laid-back wedding at this time.

A.Destination weddings are my favorite. Let's sit down and chat!
Can I add a second shooter?
A.Yes, second shooter can be added to local Micro Weddings, Quinceañera/ Sweet 16 and Event Photography package.

When will we get our photos?
A.You will receive a Private password protected online gallery with all your photos.Depending on your session or event, gallery can be ready less than 2 weeks or a maximum of 8 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery and also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
A.Depends on you, of course. The more you deliver to me the more I am able to deliver to you. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
Does client pay a travel fee or entry fee?
A.As some locations and venue require an entry fee or photographer fee, client must take care of such fee in addition to final invoice.
Locations located 40 miles outside of Dallas area will be subjected to a Travel fee.
Do you charge a late fee or cancellation fee?
A.Yes, I do. You will receive a confirmation text 3 days prior to your session to confirm or reschedule your appointment session with no charge. I do ask that you respect my time and other people's time as well. I do schedule sessions back to back so if you are running behind schedule to your session, I ask that you call/text me and inform me of your late arrival.
Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged half of the outstanding final invoice.
Rescheduling will not be allowed until Cancellation Invoice is paid in full.
No Shows will not be allowed to book again with Studio Nine Photography.
Late arrival of 0-15 minutes will not be charged a late fee.
Late arrival of 15-30 minutes will have a Late fee of $60.00 applied to Final Invoice.
Late arrival of 30 minutes will have a Late fee of $75.00 applied to Final Invoice.
Session will be cancelled and asked to be reschedule on the next available date.
